Incredible Service & a Luxurious Experience! 🌟

We had the most wonderful family vacation at the Renaissance Honolulu Hotel & Spa. We decided to try this new hotel for one night, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Check-in was quick and smooth, and Tim, the Ambassador, was exceptionally friendly. He took the time to explain all the amenities the hotel offers. As Marriott Elite members, we received a special wristband that made us feel extra valued.🌟 When we entered our room, we were impressed by the Sub-Zero refrigerator, Nespresso machine with 6 capsules, and the beautiful, plush robes and slippers 🛁☕! The floor-to-ceiling windows provided plenty of natural light and offered stunning views of the city and ocean 🌆🌊. The kids loved the oversized bathtub in the bathroom! After settling in, we decided to try MARA restaurant in the lobby. Our server, Alex, was warm and attentive. He gave us several recommendations, and each dish was delicious—you must try the Tasting Trio, Tuna Sashimi, and Mushroom Pizza 🍣🍕! We also took the complimentary shuttle to Waikīkī, which made getting around so easy—no need to worry about parking! Riding in the Mercedes Sprinter made us feel like celebrities 🚐💫. In the evening, we had a family barbecue at one of the grill pavilions. We made a reservation through the Spa, which allowed us to reserve the space for 4 hours. The kids could go in and out of the pool while the adults grilled and enjoyed local beers 🍖🍻! The next morning, we were excited to try the Club Lounge—the only hotel on Oʻahu that offers lounge access for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members. We enjoyed a continental breakfast while overlooking the ocean and Magic Island—a perfect way to start the day 🥐🌅.
