Explored downtown Indy today β gotta say, itβs pretty small and not much to see ποΈ. Parked near the monument and stumbled upon this Japanese ramen spot! π Name: Wei Ramen π Address: 36 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 π Vibe: Cozy and authentic (as shown in the pics!). π Spicy Ramen βββββ Started with the broth β perfectly spicy and appetizing! πΆοΈ Noodles had great texture, not too soft or firm π Chashu (pork) was fatty and flavorful π₯ Bamboo shoots were crisp, and the corn added a touch of sweetness π½ Overall, a deeply satisfying bowl! π π― Verdict: Highly recommend!
