N9NE Steakhouse, which opened in late spring 2018, has been transformed into a sophisticated dining space adorned with contemporary art. Today, guests at Scotch 80 Prime will find the ambiance largely preserved — the bar remains stocked with an impressive selection of rare whiskies, served by warm and skilled bartenders 🥃❤️. Located on the east side of the resort, Scotch 80 Prime now features a completely refreshed menu that changes with the seasons 🌱🍂. Highlights include A5 Wagyu beef imported directly from Japan — an absolute treat for meat lovers! The dinner experience begins with an amuse-bouche combining Wagyu and caviar, followed by standout dishes like steak tartare, sushi, and what many call the "best shrimp toast in Las Vegas" — and we totally agree! 🍤🔥 Other not-to-miss items: Tammy’s milk bread 🍞 Golden, flaky empanadas Chef’s special spring rolls For the main event, we enjoyed: A wine-aged strip steak from Creekstone Farms A gorgeous T-bone steak Served with sides like potato gnocchi, creamy corn, and Wagyu fried rice 🍚. Chef Marty Red DeLeon Lopez isn’t afraid to let his personality — and his Filipino heritage — shine through. Dishes like garlic rice with Iberian pork belly and pasta with offal sauce and Wagyu short rib are bold, unique, and deeply flavorful 👨‍🍳🌶️.
