This restaurant has been consistently recommended by Michelin in recent years. It is located in the city center of FI, with a minimalist decoration style. The tables are closely spaced, with almost no other decorations. Everything focuses on cooking, creativity, and personality.😻😻😻 ✨ The menu offers flexible choices. You can order Γ  la carte or choose a set menu. There are three set menu options, and the most special thing is that the set menu here allows you to freely combine dishes. However, all guests at the same table must choose the same type of set menu (desserts can be different). **TARTARE DI MANZO** ❀️❀️❀️ Beef tartare, paired with purslane popcorn, sweet garlic aioli, and porcini powder. The tenderness of the beef perfectly blends with the rich aioli, and the purslane popcorn adds a crispy texture. **CHA-WAN-MUSHI** 😍😍😍 The moment it was served, the aroma hit your nose. The smooth and delicate tea-steamed egg, paired with mushrooms and cabbage, is warm and delicate, with every bite full of delicious flavor. **BOTTONI** Cauliflower miso dumplings, paired with roasted cauliflower soup, ginger, and lemongrass. The soup has rich layers, with a hint of ginger and the refreshing aroma of lemongrass perfectly balanced. The soup is so delicious that you can't stop drinking it! **FREGOLOLA** 🐟🐟🐟 Cuttlefish ink black sesame pasta, paired with cuttlefish and bottarga. The pasta has a chewy texture, with a perfect balance of softness and firmness. The strong aroma of black sesame, combined with the freshness of the seafood, makes this dish more layered. **POLPO** The roasted octopus is incredibly tender, with a crispy exterior and chewy interior. Paired with broccoli, it adds a refreshing texture. **GELATO AL ROSMARINO** ❀️❀️❀️ Rosemary gelato, paired with olive oil powder, chili meringue, and lemon. The combination of these ingredients is unexpectedly harmonious, refreshing with a bit of a kick, and full of layers. It's my favorite dessert! **GELATO AL POP CORN** Caramel popcorn gelato, rich and smooth, with the slight sweetness of caramel and the aroma of popcorn. The texture is great! However, compared to the rosemary flavor, I prefer it because it's more refreshing and unique. **SPUMA DI COCO** A combination of coconut foam, green lemon sorbet, cardamom meringue, and peanut butter. Compared to the first two gelatos, I personally feel that the surprise factor is slightly less. Overall, the dishes at this restaurant, whether appetizers, main courses, or desserts, are all of high quality, full of details, and leave a lasting impression!
