It felt like I was transported back to China with this hotpot🍲
Tonight, after playing sports with friends, we went to Nan Hotpot in Flushing, which just opened. The flavors were really great, and the dishes were so delicate—very similar to what we have back home. I highly recommend it to everyone! 🌟 We ordered their triple soup base with sour soup, red oil, and big bone broth. Each one was delicious. The sour soup was especially unique—I'd never had anything like it in New York before. 🌿 Their dishes are also very creative. For example, the shrimp paste was served inside green chili peppers🫑, and they had Sichuan peppercorn beef tongue, green pepper duck blood shreds, and eel shreds. Everything was so delicate and tasty 😋 There were lots of beef options🥩, and the freshly sliced dragon meat was very fresh. With their oil dip, it was so delicious that we couldn't stop eating. Finally, you have to try their shaved ice! It's out of this world. I loved the panda mango🥭 flavor. It was such a happy ending to our hotpot meal. 😊 The address is 36-36 Prince St #106, Flushing, NY 11354. The average cost per person is around $100. #NewYork 🌉
