ITO Vegas | The Ambience Shines More Than the Sushi 👀

This omakase is located inside the Fontainebleau Hotel, and the entry experience is truly special—you pass through the top-floor VIP lounge (the highest point in Vegas! 🌆), then stop at a cozy bar to order drinks before entering ITO. Hmm… but food-wise? It was… okay. Not stunning. The fish itself was fine. The uni bowl was amazing! 🥣 The dessert was amazing! 🍧 The chutoro was amazing! 🐟 But the rice—oh, the rice was a letdown 😔. It was so loose it almost fell apart before reaching my mouth! For this price point, sushi rice should hold together well yet remain tender—this felt poorly prepared. Pretty disappointed for a place that once held a Michelin star. 😓 If you do visit, don’t miss the bathroom service experience—trust me, there’s a surprise waiting! 😂 The view from up there is unbeatable too. For guys especially, it’s quite an unexpected treat haha! 🚻✨ P.S. Staying at Fontainebleau was great—super pet friendly 🐶! We brought our pup and found a welcome package in the room with toys, treats, and a water bowl.
