My boyfriend is a fried chicken enthusiast, so we headed here — some dishes were great, some just okay. Here’s our take: 🍞 Corn Bread ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So good! It was even served as a complimentary starter by our lovely waitress. Warm, slightly sweet, and utterly comforting. 😋 🐔 Chicken Liver ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Delicious! I love liver, and this was perfectly cooked — no off flavors, just rich and savory. A real winner! ❤️ 🍮 Dessert (Complimentary) — Coconut Bread Pudding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing! Creamy, fragrant, and not overly sweet. Sadly, I was too full to finish it… 😭 🦐 BBQ Shrimp ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasty with a tangy, almost Southeast Asian-inspired twist. But a bit pricey for what you get — not sure if it’s totally worth it. 🍗 Fried Chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Not my favorite (I'm not big on fried chicken), but my boyfriend thought it was crispy outside and juicy inside, with no weird aftertaste. Just wish it had more seasoning — it's pretty plain. 🥩 Pork Ribs ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweet and tender, reminded us of Chinese pork jerky. Not bad, but nothing to write home about either.
