Japan Travelogue | Ueno Park: A Blend of Culture and Nature ๐
This time in Tokyo, I only had three days. One day for Disney, one day for Ikebukuro, and where should I go on the last day? ๐ธ๐ There were still so many places on my travel list that I wanted to visit (Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku, Akihabara...). I thought, since I was already staying near Asakusa, it would feel like a missed opportunity if I didn't explore the nearby areas and instead traveled to farther places. I decided to save those other spots for my next visit. ๐ธ๐ After considering between Akihabara and Ueno Park, I chose the less commercially dense option as the final stop of my trip to Japan. As soon as I arrived at the park entrance, I knew I made the right choice. The park is huge and beautiful, and just walking along the paths made me feel relaxed. ๐ณ ๐ธ Flowers There are so many flowers, especially hydrangeas! When I was researching before my trip, I rarely saw anyone mention hydrangeas in Ueno Park, so I highly recommend them! ๐ธ๐There are also lots of lotus flowers covering the lake. It was late June, and unfortunately, the lotuses hadn't bloomed yetโI only saw a few buds. (I just checked some information and saw that the main street is lined with cherry blossoms in spring!) ๐ธ ๐ธ๐ #UenoPark #TokyoTravel #NatureAndCulture ๐โจ
