Japanese cuisine for work meals in Mexico City!
🥤 I originally planned to grab a quick bite at mo+f, but unexpectedly, it was closed on the 24th. Since I had come all the way here, I looked up nearby dining options. 🥤I found this place with a Google rating of 4.9, and it was conveniently located just around the corner from mo+f, so I decided to give it a try. The restaurant is quite small, with only about 4-5 tables outside. We ordered three main dishes plus a drink. Apart from the udon noodles being a bit salty, everything else was quite good. I recommend the Japanese pizza with rib 🥤eye and the octopus balls. I was really satisfied with the octopus balls; for 220 pesos, I got an extra-large portion, which was such a great value. The meat may not be as high-end as 🥤Kobe or Wagyu beef, but Aburiya specializes in domestic cattle, and it's still very fresh. It's well-marbled and of good quality. You can also order various rice dishes, soups, and desserts, with each person allowed to order only one dessert. In summary, as the last meal before heading back to the hotel after a day of intense shopping, it was perfect—a solid 100 points! 🥤The quality of the meat may not be as high as that of specialized Kobe or Wagyu beef, but Aburiya mainly features domestic cattle, which is still very fresh. It's well-marbled and of good quality. You can also order various rice dishes and soups. Each person is allowed to order only one dessert. #MexicoCityTravel #MexicoCityFood #JapaneseCuisine #MexicoCityExploration #ChristmasEve #WorkMeal #MexicoCity #EveryDayIsWorthDocumenting #FoodieUniverse
