Japanese Fireworks Matcha Shaved Ice ๐
Made by a Tokyo Ten-Dan Tea Masterโจ The best matcha shaved ice I've ever tasted! ๐ In Shimokitazawa's reload, there's a teahouse called Oyama ๐ต opened by a Japanese Ten-Dan tea master. It was super hot that day, so I ordered matcha shaved ice. They have two kinds: one is the Fireworks Matcha Shaved Ice, and the other is regular matcha shaved ice. Since I didn't know what Fireworks Matcha Shaved Ice was, I ordered it to give it a try. ๐ ๐ It turns out to be matcha shaved ice with a few chocolate biscuits on top, like fireworks! โจ I have to say this is the best shaved ice I've ever had! First of all, the ice is shaved so finely, even lighter than cotton candy, so it won't make my teeth sensitive when I eat it. ๐ The matcha sauce on top is very rich but not too bitter.
