Jinya Ramen Bar in Salt Lake City 🍜✨

We visited the location at 675 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City. While other spots in the plaza had plenty of seating, this ramen bar had a long line—but the wait was only about 20 minutes! ⏳🙌 The takoyaki (octopus balls) were delicious, and the seaweed salad was fresh and tasty too! However, the cauliflower with pine nuts had a surprising sour twist, which felt a bit unusual to me. 😅 The ramen noodles were all excellent—portions are slightly smaller but just right for a satisfying meal. 🥢💖 Perfect for a quick and flavorful bite!
