I’ve noticed that steaks abroad tend to be cooked a bit more than what I’m used to back home. Medium rare here isn’t undercooked at all; in fact, a medium steak I tried once felt a bit too well-done, almost lacking that juicy, pink center. 🍖 🎢🍃 Corn Crème Brûlée, $18. One of the steak’s side dishes, this one is sweet and works as a mini dessert. It’s crème brûlée with corn inside—a really unique and delightful texture! 🍼 🌟Jumbo Asparagus, $18. The other side dish for the steak—figured we needed some greens, haha. But it was way too salty, seriously overwhelming.
