Just Had the Best Ice Cream of My Life in Vegas ♠️🫐🍦

...because I finished it before I even remembered to take a picture! If you're staying at Fontainebleau Las Vegas (only recommending it if you're already staying there — not worth a special trip unless you're also trying their pretty brunch, etc.), you have to try the Blueberry Yogurt Ice Cream from their bakery Chez BonBon! OMG it’s so good — not too sweet (the highest praise!) — with a super rich, creamy dairy flavor that almost tastes like Beijing-style baked yogurt. The blueberries are fragrant and sweet. Totally hit the spot for me — the only ice cream from my whole Vegas trip that really stuck in my memory. (The Wynn buffet ice cream was okay; Caesar’s buffet ice cream was pretty bad 😅) But this $7 scoop from the hotel bakery — a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Disclaimer: I usually go for fruit-based or nutty flavors (pistachio, cookies & cream, etc.) — not a huge fan of plain vanilla or overly heavy creams. Love combos like cheesecake strawberry or creamy + fruity mixes. So if you're a chocolate-or-nothing ice cream person, this might not be your match — no bad vibes please 😊 🌟 P.S. If you go looking for the squished croissant or croissant donut — they’re gone 😢 Menu changed, the server hadn’t even heard of them. But the cranberry croissant is also delicious! $8 for a huge one — great lamination, no doughy bits, though it might have been sitting for a bit. 🦁 Oh and — this bakery is OPEN 24 HOURS 🕛 Midnight snack craving? Just head downstairs for that blueberry yogurt ice cream. The strawberry cheesecake flavor looks good too! Side note: First time in Vegas? Maybe think twice before staying at Fontainebleau — no poker room, and you’ll need to drive/taxi to the Strip.
