complaint regarding the conduct of a dealer and floor manager in your poker room on the morning of August 14, 2025, at approximately 8:00 AM.
I was a patron at a poker table when the dealer, whose name I believe was "Ron" or "Don," displayed a pattern of unprofessional behavior. Throughout the session, he made repeated and inappropriate comments about his employment. Specifically, he complained about being underpaid, stated that the Bellagio was the "worst poker room to ever work in," and even claimed he would "rather work in McDonald's." He also openly criticized management, alleging that they only hire part-time dealers to avoid paying benefits, and referred to his managers and floors in a derogatory manner. These unprofessional remarks created a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere for players.
A specific incident occurred during a hand when a player's card was accidentally mixed with another player's hand. The dealer's attempt to resolve this was a direct violation of standard poker procedure. He attempted to allow the hand to continue after asking the player to identify their card from a three-card pile, a clear breach of protocol that dictates a fouled hand must be declared dead. When I pointed out this procedural error, the dealer became hostile and attempted to silence me, stating, "just let me run my game ok?"
This escalation required me to call for a floor manager. The manager, upon arrival, did not impartially investigate the situation. Instead, he accepted the dealer's false claim that the hand had been correctly killed and then ordered me to "shut up or get the out of the poker room." This response was not only a hostile dismissal of my valid complaint but also a complete failure to uphold the professional standards expected of management.
The combined actions of the dealer and the floor manager were unprofessional and created a hostile environment. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of the Bellagio. I personally will never recommend any of my friends in Seattle and Chicago to visit...
Read moreThe floor men at the Bellagio poker room have got to be the worst in town. I’ve never seen floor men so blatantly ignore dealers calling for floor and ignoring players asking for seat change. On 3/29/21 I asked twice for a table change and finally got one. Then later my table got down to 3 players and we wanted to break the table and move to tables with open seats and Daniel wouldn’t allow it. Then I asked Daniel to move me to table 16 and instead he moved me to a table no one wanted to go to and told me I couldn’t go to table 16 anymore and that I was bottom of the list for moving to the table I didn’t want to even mover to. I have never had such rude interaction with any poker room floor in all of Las Vegas. This type of behavior would never happen at the Wynn or anywhere else for that matter because they cater to players and especially players who tip well and often. Hands down worst floor in town. If it wasn’t for the dealers and cocktail waitresses I would give this poker...
Read moreMy girlfriend weighs 96 pounds. She couldn't even catch a buzz. I literally thought I was going to have to tie a chip to a string, or lay down in the aisle, to get the cocktail waitresss to come by. the only good thing was I was catching cards and the guys that were playing were cool but I swear. I felt like I was on a desert island. And I was going to die from thirst, it was terrible, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I cannot even believe that was de bellagio that everybody talked about the poker room. It's disrespectful.I couldn't get a drink at all i think you should knock it down and build a new casino and put somebody else in charge of it. The fact that they make so much money and the shufflers are broke. The tables are ran down the equipment. 's sorry and they make billions, it's ridiculous. The chairs were uncomfortable. Not to mention, I'm, I'm a local, so like I've been to some dumps, and it's like bellagio, is up there with the...
