Just say you want to go to Key West! 🏝️

Day 4️⃣ On the last day of my Miami trip, I made it to the southernmost point of the U.S.—Key West! This charming little island, famous as Hemingway's hometown, is small enough to explore on foot after parking. Besides cats and dogs, the town is full of roosters that casually strut around, completely unfazed by tourists. 🐓 Southernmost Point of the Continental U.S.A. 📍 *1400 Whitehead St, Key West, FL 33040* The iconic buoy marking "90 Miles to Cuba." By 9 AM, there was already a long line—go early to beat the crowds! 🐓 The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum 📍 *907 Whitehead St, Key West, FL 33040* Hemingway’s luxurious Spanish-style villa (painted in green!). Home to dozens of six-toed cats—descendants of his pets. A bit pricey, but students get 50% off! 🐓 Key West Lighthouse & Keeper’s Quarters Museum 📍 *938 Whitehead St, Key West, FL 33040* A white lighthouse right across from Hemingway’s house. Climb the narrow spiral stairs for panoramic island views—also a prime sunset spot! 🐓 Mallory Square 📍 Key West, FL 33040 The island’s most popular sunset square, with nightly Sunset Celebration events. 🐓 Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park 📍 *601 Howard England Way, Key West, FL 33040* My favorite spot in all of Miami—stunning beaches with Caribbean-blue waters that sparkle under the sun. Spent the whole afternoon here—perfect for sunset too! ⚠️ Heads up: The drive back to Miami gets super congested—leave extra time, or you might miss your flight like I almost did! 😅 #IslandVibes #KeyWest #KeyWestGuide #FloridaKeys #FloridaTravel #ParadiseFound 🌴
