Key West Trip - Leisurely Road Trip
Departing from New York 🛫, pick up the rental car at Miami Airport and hit the road immediately! Refer to Maps for route inspiration. The first three spots on are restaurants, while the map also highlights some attractions—feel free to customize based on your schedule and interests 🗺️✨. Stops on the Way to Key West: Harriette’s Restaurant – Just okay, nothing special 😅 Robbie’s Islamorada – Gorgeous & fun! 🌊🐠 Seven Mile Bridge – Stunning & super photogenic Key West Attractions: Duval Street – Main street packed with restaurants, bars & gift shops Mallory Square – Small plaza with diverse gift shops & snacks The Hemingway Home and Museum – Highly recommended! Pet cats & tour the mansion Key West Light House – Saw it from Hemingway’s second floor, didn’t go up 🗼👀 Mile 0 – Must-visit landmark! Southernmost Point – Trip isn’t complete without this! 🌎❤️ Restaurants & Cafes: El Siboney Stock Island – So delicious! Meat is way juicier than NYC’s Cuban food Moondog Cafe & Bakery – Next to Hemingway’s house, steak tacos are amazing Souper Happy Noodle & Sake Bar – For the Chinese food cravings 🍜🥢 👉🏻 Kojin Noodle Bar – Another solid choice for Asian flavors 👉🏻 Cafe Havana KW – Lobster roll (just okay) since DJ’s Clam Shack was closed Cuban Coffee Queen – Iced coffee recommended! Hot coffee was bitter & sour , but sandwiches were good 🥪 Sloppy Joe's – Great vibe with live band! 🎶🍻 Tried rainbow ice cream & key lime pie – way too sweet for me Ended the trip with a walk on Miami Beach and a final visit to Little Havana before catching the flight back #US #Florida #Jacksonville
