Keystone Safari: An Up-Close Encounter with Animals Outside Pittsburgh
🌟Just an hour's drive from downtown Pittsburgh, the Keystone Safari zoo offers several ways to interact with animals: you can choose to walk in and feed the animals ($18), drive through yourself ($14), or take a ride on the park's vehicle ($30). The visit takes about two hours, and you'll need to purchase food ($5 per bucket) to feed the animals, but you are not allowed to get out of the vehicle. The alpacas here are incredibly cute; they approach the car on their own, stick their heads in, and are very gentle, allowing you to touch them. They eat while drooling, licking the car and windows, showing their enthusiasm.🌟 🌟The weather is comfortable, making it perfect for a drive with friends or family to the countryside. There are very few people, and the comfort level of the visit is top-notch. With walk-in access, you can also feed giraffes 🦒 and other interesting animals. However, after previously spending three hours hiking at the Pittsburgh Zoo, I decided to choose a more comfortable way to experience the park, where you don't have to get out of the car and can still have an intimate encounter with the animals—it's incredibly relaxing.🌟 🌟Deer line up next to the car waiting for food, and the sound of them chewing is incredibly cute. When we visited, the alpacas were gathered for their meal, but they would get jealous when they saw us feeding other animals. The American ostrich at the entrance has an extraordinarily long neck but is comparatively polite. Highland Cattle, from a distance, seem rather, they will approach the car with little steps and then hesitantly bring their heads, which are larger than the car windows, closer, but once they get the food, they start to gobble it up in a storm of eating!🌟 #PittsburghLife #PittsburghZoo #AroundPittsburgh #PittsburghTravel #WhatToDoInPittsburgh #VisitingParksTogether #TravelingWithFriends
