Koh Samui is SO worth it!

Before the trip, I debated between Phuket and Koh Samui—I’d been to Phuket 10 years ago, but there were no direct flights from Chengdu to Samui! Finally, I chose Samui: flew to Bangkok first for 2 days, then to Samui for 5 days, and spent another day in Bangkok on the way back. The whole trip was absolutely amazing! 👸 My personal take: Not many Chinese tourists on the island—easy to communicate with locals and foreigners using simple English. Slightly more expensive than other Thai destinations, but still reasonable. Delicious food, stunning beaches, gorgeous hotels. Caught breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. Explored night markets.
