Korean Cuisine, Like a Mature Independent Woman’s Man .👩
Had the most joyful catch-up with a close sister—nothing beats good food and deep conversations! 🥰 Good Korean food is like the man of an independent woman: you can’t stand seeing him every day (sis is busy grinding 💼), and honestly, he can be annoying if he’s around too much. He doesn’t have any extraordinary traits that make you dream about him—in fact, you might even roll your eyes when friends bring him up. But after a few days apart? You suddenly find yourself missing him deeply… and that’s when you realize—you’ve fallen in love! 💘 So I booked a Korean restaurant in Soho (with a 30% discount! 🎟️). And guess what? After trying almost every Korean spot near the British Museum and in Soho, nothing compared to this one in terms of portion size and flavour! We ordered three dishes—both of us swore we had big appetites, but we still ended up taking leftovers home 😂 (maybe the heat that day affected our performance 🌞). 🍗 Sweet Chilli Fried Chicken - 💷16.99 (7 pieces) A classic must-order! The chicken was thick, juicy, and coated in a rich sauce—so delicious but slightly heavy after a few bites. 🍙 Chicken Kimbap - 💷14 (12 rolls) Solid and reliable—nothing groundbreaking, but the portion was generous! 🦑 Seafood Pancake - 💷14.50 The star of the meal! Crispy on the outside, tender inside, packed with huge chunks of squid. We finished every last piece—no takeaway for this one! 😋 The restaurant was pretty quiet—only three or four tables occupied on a Sunday afternoon, though we did spot some Korean customers (always a good sign!). The only downside? Not all menu items were included in the discount (e.g., army stew, cheese hotpot). A bit frustrating since most places on The Fork offer discounts on the entire menu. Still, a highly recommended spot for quality Korean comfort food! #UK #London #Travel#LondonFood #KoreanCuisine #SohoEats #FoodReview #LondonEats #ComfortFood
