🍳 Korean-Inspired Brunch Hidden in a North York Plaza – So Good!

Didn’t expect the most surprising brunch lately would be in a random plaza up north… Remember 📍 Han Oak I recommended before? Went back craving cold noodles… only to find it gone 😭 But in its place — a totally new brunch spot! With a “well, since we’re here” attitude, I decided to give it a try. Totally Korean vibes — still run by Koreans! Serving Korean-inspired brunch… and it’s a hidden gem. Had to share this ASAP! 📍 Cafe Atelier 1450 Clark Ave W unit 15, Thornhill Congrats to my northside friends — finally a brunch spot that rivals downtown! 🎉 The menu is full of creative options blending Korean flavors. We ordered three signature dishes — all hits: 🌟 Shakshuka – Must-try! Fun names: “Eggs in hell” = classic tomato sauce | “Eggs in heaven” = ricotta garlic white sauce Looks humble but tastes amazing! White sauce is cheesy and garlicky, hiding poached eggs, mushrooms, and spinach. Highly recommend! 🌟 K·F·C Croffle Korean fried chicken on crispy croissant-waffle 🧇 Generous portion, super crunchy. Meat lovers will approve! (There’s also a Golden Banana Croffle dessert with caramelized banana, crème brûlée, ice cream, and cream 🍌😍 Looks insane!) 🌟 Tiramisu French Toast Not cheap, but huge — easily shareable for 4! Thick layer of mascarpone on French toast, topped with De Mello’s DG cold brew 😂 Tastes like real tiramisu! Got carried away writing… but truly impressed by this heartfelt brunch in an unassuming plaza. No hype yet — but deserves to be known! 🙌 #TorontoBrunch #KoreanBrunch #HiddenGem #NorthYorkEats #CafeAtelier
