Kröller-Müller Museum ❤️

🎨The Kröller-Müller Museum is an art museum in the Netherlands, located in the Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo, Gelderland. The museum boasts an impressive collection of Vincent van Gogh's oil paintings, including "The Night Café," making it the second-largest collection of Van Gogh's oil paintings in the world (after the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam). In addition, the museum houses works by artists such as Piet Mondrian, Georges Seurat, Auguste Rodin, Georges Braque, Paul Gauguin, James Ensor, and Pablo Picasso. The museum is named after Helene Kröller-Müller, a passionate art collector and one of the first to recognize Van Gogh's talent and collect his works. 🏛️In 1935, she donated her entire collection to the Dutch state. The museum, designed by Henry Van de Velde, opened to the public in 1938. The sculpture garden was newly established in 1961, and the new exhibition wing, designed by Wim Quist, opened in 1977. #Europe #Netherlands #NetherlandsTravel #DutchTours #NetherlandsTransfers #NatureLovers #NetherlandsVibes #WeekendGetaways #FlowerPower #Giethoorn #Tulips #TulipGarden
