Kyuramen – Japanese Yakitori, Curry Katsu, and Omurice 🍛🍢
This is my second time visiting this restaurant—not because it’s incredibly delicious, but because I’ve always dreamed of being a food critic. I’m excited to share my years of eating and drinking experiences with everyone! 😊 The fact that I’ve been here twice already says something—it’s definitely above average for the Cleveland area. The yakitori is exceptionally well-seasoned. I always order the Negima (chicken thigh with scallion) 🍗—it’s the dish that best represents a yakitori chef’s skills. The choice of chicken thigh matters a lot. Though the cut used here isn’t the most premium part, the marinade is spot-on: savory, well-balanced, and generously sauced. Really tasty! As for the beef—the Gyu Harami (beef diaphragm) was a bit tough. This cut is naturally chewier, but I found it slightly overcooked. Last time I had ramen 🍜, but this time I tried the Curry Katsu Don with Omurice! The pork cutlet was nicely thick and well-marinated—full of flavor. The omelette was good, though I wish the egg had a richer taste. The fried rice mixed with ham added a savory touch, and topped with curry sauce and seaweed—it’s even better when mixed all together! 👌 📍 Address: 500 Southpark Center HL96, Strongsville, OH 44136, United States #TinasFoodDiary #ClevelandEats #JapaneseFood #FoodReview
