LA|After 2 Years of Eating, Here Are 8 AYCE Spots I Recommend
If you're looking for AYCE food guides in LA, this post has you covered! Personal taste only — suggestions welcome! First 8 spots — more to come due to word limit 😅 🍣 Aikan Sushi & Ramen Located in Pasadena & Long Beach. Premium roll and oysters limited to one per person — everything else is unlimited! Sashimi is solid. Lunch: $30+ | Dinner & weekends: $40+ Tip: Yelp waitlist available! 🍣 Here Fishy Fishy In Koreatown — open late, great for late-night eats! Overall meat quality is better than Aikan, but downside: sashimi can’t be ordered separately. Lunch: $40+ | Dinner & weekends: $50+ Walk-in waitlist only. 🥘 Mikiya Wagyu Shabu House In Temple City — my personal favorite, been here countless times! Four tiers: $45 / $55 / $78 / $98. I usually go for $78 — unlimited Japanese A5 Wagyu, tender and not too heavy. Appetizers like bone marrow, sweet shrimp, Wagyu sushi, and foie gras are excellent. Crab legs and oysters are also good! 🥘 Momo Paradise In Arcadia, Torrance, Rowland Heights. Fresh meat + unlimited milk tea! Their curry rice is a hit too. Lunch: $25+ | Dinner & weekends: $35+ Wins for being budget-friendly. 🥩 Chubby Cattle Locations in Monterey Park (seafood + Wagyu) and Rosemead (adds organ meats). Tiers: $46 / $59 / $88. Appetizers include sushi & sashimi. Seafood like scallops, lobster, oysters are quality — though Wagyu BBQ can get rich after a while. 🥩 Hae Jang Chon In Koreatown — a 21-year-old Korean BBQ institution, always busy! USDA Prime beef, full-service grilling (they cook for you). Lunch: $37.99 | Dinner & weekends: $43.99 🍲 Nice to Meet You In San Gabriel & Rowland Heights — but only Rowland Heights is AYCE skewer hot pot. ~$40 — great value! At San Gabriel location, per person usually runs ~$60. 🍲 Hotpot Offers both hot pot and Korean BBQ — grab ingredients from fridge cases. Lunch: $25+ | Dinner & weekends: $30+ #LosAngeles #LAEats #LAFoodFinds #LAAllYouCanEat #LAFoodGuide #LAHotPot 🍣
