LA|Cento – My Second Favorite Italian Restaurant After Bestia! 🍝✨

Lately, I’ve been seeing Cento all over my social feed! The open kitchen + dreamy courtyard atmosphere totally caught my eye—it gives a vibe similar to Bestia, but with its own charm. 🏼✨ We ordered three pasta dishes, and every single one was a hit! 🎯 The flavors felt thoughtfully crafted, with a subtle Asian-inspired twist that really speaks to diverse palates. 🍝 Spicy Pomodoro – My personal #1! The ricotta cheese blended perfectly with the spicy tomato sauce—I couldn’t stop eating it! 🍝 Carbonara I always order this at Italian spots. This one came with a soft-poached egg and a drizzle of Asian-style chili oil 🌶️. The fusion was just right—even my Chinese-food-loving boyfriend adored it! 🌽 Sweet Corn Agnolotti If you like sweet and savory combos, you’ll love this one! We also tried a salad, beef tartare, and scallops for appetizers, but overall they leaned a bit too salty for our taste… 🥗⚡️ ☕️ Tiramisu SO. GOOD. 😍 It had banana inside and was generously dusted with bitter cocoa powder—one of the top 3 tiramisus I’ve had in LA’s Italian restaurants! 📍 Cento 4921 W Adams Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90016 📅 Better to make a reservation—it gets pretty busy! #100RestaurantChallenge #InspirationNote #LAEats #ItalianRestaurant #VibeDining #ItalianCuisine #LALife #LADiningGuide #LAFoodGuide #LAFoodReview #LAFoodRecommendation #LAFoodDiary #LAFoodShare #LAItalianFood #LAFoodFavorites
