LA｜Totally Worth It! Rowland Heights’ Delicious

Since moving to West Covina, I’ve been eating in Rowland Heights way more often. Saw a friend’s IG story craving Cajun seafood and got hooked too! Not sure what magic Cajun seafood has, but you just can’t get enough – crave it every so often. This spot feels like great value – we ordered a 4-person combo: $79.95 for 4 seafood choices, 2 sides, and 2 fried items – solid deal! We picked clams, crawfish, head-off shrimp, and snow crab legs (shrimp + crab added $5 extra). 🌶️ Spice level: Tongue on Fire – honestly not crazy spicy (but I’m from Jiangxi, so maybe not the best reference 😂). Everything was fresh – snow crab legs were meaty and satisfying, and the spice didn’t overpower the seafood’s natural sweetness. Our whole table loved it! 🤣 🍗 Since we were a big, hungry group, we also added extras: Chowder – creamy and fragrant, so good! Fried wings, mushrooms, fries, cheese sticks, calamari, and corn – ALL DELICIOUS! Honestly better than many places that specialize in these. You can’t go wrong ordering any! 🍟 Gac Crab Fries – HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Absolutely incredible!! Garlicky, loaded with real crab meat, fries super crispy – one bite and you’re in heaven!!! 🦪 Oysters – half dozen (would’ve gotten more if we weren’t stuffed). So fresh, no sand, no odd taste – oyster lovers must order!!! 🍨 Dessert – two ice cream options: Horchata Ice Cream with Churros and Sizzling Brownie. Perfect after spicy food – not too sweet.
