Terrible experience! We came here a few weeks ago, sat down and ordered drinks first. The first server came and proceeded to spill cups of soft drinks all over us. The coke soaked my jacket, pants, bag, as well as the person at the next table. Since the table and seats were soaked in coke and were sticky, 4 of us stood there waiting for someone to clean it. We had to ask to move to another table.
The second table was tiny and kept wobbling. We asked if they could fix it or let us move elsewhere, at first they didn’t want to move us to a third table, but when we got up to leave, that's when they finally got us the other table that they claimed was “unavailable”. Keep in mind they didn’t apologize or accommodate us for the mess they caused earlier, and my entire attire was still sticky.
At the third table, we finally ordered food with another server, and once we got our orders we never saw our server again. No refills, no nothing. When we were ready to pay, I was waving the bill while three staff members were just chatting and laughing at the front counter, no one acknowledged us. Later on it was someone from the back kitchen who noticed us and called over another server who was actually standing close by, but kept her head down the entire time. This server BRIANNA, had an amazing attitude. She came up begrudgingly and told us, “You KNOW you can just take the bill up front.” I asked, “If you don’t want to take care of us, can’t you just bring us our server instead?”. She said she had no idea where she was.
At that point, we were furious and asked to speak to the manager. He came over and said he had no idea any of this had happened to us, even though he had been in the front watching the entire time. And we didn’t complain a single word about all the incidents until Brianna gave us a reason to really be upset with her award winning attitude. All the manager could say was “sorry” and that “he didn’t know”. Not kidding, he literally just kept saying, “sorry I didn’t know”. Obviously the owner here doesn't care, because they didn't hire a properly trained manager who had a clue, or servers who cared, but they sure do expect their 18-20% tip! Now, the food – oh my goodness! Every bite was a flavor explosion. The combo for two was an incredible deal, both in terms of price and portion size. Our bellies were happily stuffed from all the delicious options we sampled. It was a seafood lover’s dream come true!

Read moreWe showed up to the restraint about 2pm on a Friday. There was one server literally running between tables. We stood waiting in the entryway for about 10 minutes before getting acknowledged. Then we asked for a booth which is when I noticed 3 empty tables filled with trash throughout the restaurant. We almost left but decided to stay because another worker showed up and clocked in as we were standing there debating. Took about another 10 minutes to be seated. We ordered and it is now 30 minutes from when we were seated and we still don’t have our order. We asked for extra limes and still didn’t get that either. Which wouldn’t be too big of a problem but other people who arrived after us got their order first and we are still sitting here waiting feeling ignored and just like a problem. We have been here before and are used to a little bit of a wait but this seems excessive. Even when we asked for a refill on our drink the waiter stopped at other tables to offer refills when we were again waiting. The food came out and it wasn’t as good as normal. Very little sauce on the shrimp and the rice was like day old very hard and clumpy. This is not how the food usually is.
