🍲 LA's Ultimate Roe Soup! Anyone else love this like I do? 🍲
I absolutely adore roe soup, but it’s so hard to find in LA’s Korean restaurants. When you do find it, the portions are usually small and pricey. But today’s find totally blew me away! 💥💰$22.99 for a bowl packed with so much roe that it’s enough for two—zero fishy taste, and the broth is incredibly flavorful! It might take a moment to get used to, but once you’re hooked, it’s like durian—you just can’t stop! 🐟❤️ Besides the roe soup, the baby octopus bibimbap was another surprise! 🐙🍚 One order is perfect for sharing. With perilla leaves, crushed seaweed, chewy octopus, and crispy rice at the bottom—the aroma is irresistible! It’s like that perfect fried rice you crave at the end of a Korean meal—total satisfaction! 👌 Meat lovers, you’ve got to try their spicy braised pork ribs! 🥩🌶️ The meat falls off the bone with a gentle bite, classic sweet-spicy Korean flavor. Compared to beef ribs, I find pork ribs less greasy and more to my taste. If you prefer fish, their grilled mackerel is crispy on the outside and tender inside—so yummy! 🐟🔥 The restaurant is in Chino Hills, called Mindeulle. The manager mentioned their soy marinated crab is also great, but I ordered too much seafood today to try it. They also serve bossam, Korean hot pot, and all kinds of homestyle Korean dishes! 🥢🍚 #LAFood #LAExploration #LALife #LAEats #ChinoHillsEats #LAKoreanFood #KoreanCuisine #LAEastSide #EatLikeALocal #DiamondBar #RoeSoupLover #Bibimbap #KoreanComfortFood #HiddenGem #SeafoodFeast
