LA | Ktown’s surprisingly delightful chicken soup noodles

🥘🍽️This is my friend’s favorite Korean meal after trying so many delicious foods in LA. The pictures might make it seem plain, but I thought it would be nice to have some hot, nourishing soup in the morning and also to celebrate with a birthday noodles. I was amazed at how good it was—truly irreplaceable in taste! I absolutely loved it. Among all the great places I’ve eaten in California, this place holds an unshakable position in the Korean cuisine category. 🌟The portions are generous; two girls can easily share one order of chicken soup noodles. We didn’t order their famous meat-wrapped dish because the portion is too large! I hope to try it next time. Recently, they also introduced a combo of pork neck and pork belly, which sounds even better. 🍴 Chicken Kalguksu $20.99 The soup base seemed to have absorbed the starch from both the noodles and the potatoes, making it very thick and rich. The chicken soup was so fresh! Even I, who don’t usually drink soup, finished it all without wasting a drop. It didn’t leave my mouth feeling dry, unlike soup made with MSG. The meat was half a young chicken, cooked to the point of being tender and falling off the bone. The meat didn’t turn to mush after being boiled in the soup. The side dishes included pumpkin, zucchini, potatoes, and onions, all stewed to soft perfection. The biggest surprise was the noodles! They were handmade, thick, and chewy—absolutely delicious!! 🍜🥢It’s a warm, nourishing soup that’s light but not bland, with generous portions that leave you full and comfortable! They open early on weekends, at 10:30 am, so it’s also great for a brunch. There are very few people in the morning. This plaza has a lot of delicious food, with Sun Nong Dan and Louders right next door. #CaliforniaLife #FoodDiary #LosAngelesKoreanFood #LosAngelesKtown #LosAngelesFood #LosAngelesRestaurantHunting #LosAngelesTravel #LosAngelesKoreanFoodRecommendation
