La Cote: A Hidden Gem of French Cuisine 🍖
I first visited La Cote back in 2021 when it had just opened. A few days ago, I went back with friends to try their new menu, and it was just as amazing as I remembered. Every dish was delicious, and it’s definitely one of the top "high-value" restaurants in Berlin. Gegrillter Loup de Mer (Grilled Sea Bass) The fish was incredibly fresh, with a crispy exterior and tender, flavorful flesh. The combination of fennel slices and sorrel sauce added a refreshing herbal touch. 🐟 Entrecôte mit Knochenmark (Steak with Roasted Bone Marrow) We ordered two portions. The salt and onion sauce was so aromatic! The bone marrow was rich and smooth. The combination with the onion flavor was heavenly—I could eat it with rice all day! 😂 Schwarze Tigergarnelen (Garlic Black Tiger Prawns) These prawns were huge, with plump and bouncy meat that was both sweet and refreshing. Every table ordered them, and they were a hit! 🦐 Austern (Oysters) Served with red wine vinegar and finely chopped onions, these oysters are my all-time favorite. I always order them here—they’re incredibly fresh and sweet. I could easily eat a dozen! 🦪 📍 La Cote 📍 Kienitzer Str. 95, 12049 Berlin 📍 Average cost per person: €40 #BerlinFood #BerlinGermany #BerlinTravel #FoodieDaily #BerlinRestaurants #AmbianceRestaurant #BerlinEats
