The slicing is a bit uneven, with some pieces thicker and some thinner, but the side dishes of cucumber shreds, scallion shreds, and yam shreds are particularly refreshing. The sweet bean sauce is very authentic! The best part is that all of this is only 39 dollars, which is a great deal. Braised Pork Belly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 The braised pork belly is very tasty! It's a classic representation of rich and glossy sauce, and it includes quail eggs, which I absolutely love. Yan Du Xian ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 It's my first time trying Yan Du Xian, and I really like the fresh taste. However, it's not made with cured meat but with pork belly. I'm not sure if it's authentic, but it's definitely delicious. Crispy Plum Shrimp ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Super tasty! The crust is fried to a perfect crisp, and the shrimp is tangy and sweet, which is very appetizing. It's especially reminiscent of the crispy prawns at Chinese roast duck restaurants. Mango Pomelo Sago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Also delicious! Unfortunately, the mango isn't very sweet, but the pomelo is not bitter at all! I like it!
