La Panadería Bakery Café – A Mixed Experience 🥐☕

This popular bakery and brunch spot has two locations – one downtown and one on the outskirts. I visited the one at 2503 Broadway for easier parking 🅿️. It looked promising, but maybe I just didn’t order right... I asked the server if the green pastry was sweet. She said, “Not that sweet – it has pistachio filling.” Well… turns out the pistachio was even sweeter than the chocolate inside 😅, and the whole thing was covered in powdered sugar! It was a sugar overload – definitely not for the faint of heart 💀. I also tried the vanilla-flavored matcha latte 🍵, but it tasted just like the regular one, only sweeter.
