🍜 Chaozhou Four Treasures Rice Noodle It contains tripe, omasum, beef, and something like a crispy cracker. Others' bowls seem to have beef balls, but I'm not sure why mine didn't. The taste is relatively light, and you can add your own seasonings. The rice noodles are very smooth, but I find them quite similar to rice vermicelli. 🍲 Handmade Fish Maw Soup The fish maw is very tasty, very bouncy and chewy. The soup is also relatively light, and you can add your own seasonings if you wish. 🍖 Satay Pork Ribs I find this one to be just average.
