Las Vegas|Late-Night Yakitori Izakaya 🍺 Hachi
🍺 Hachi 📍 3410 S Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89146 🈺️ Open until 2:30 AM Just arrived in Vegas at night and craved an izakaya experience. Debated between Izakaya Go and Hachi—both had similar ratings, but after reading reviews mentioning some clearly disappointing dishes at Izakaya Go, we decided on Hachi 🏮. We called ahead to reserve (they also accept walk-ins, but booking helps avoid a wait 😎). Overall, I’d recommend their chicken skewers 🐔 over beef—the chicken dishes were more flavorful! 🍋 Chicken Thigh w/ Citron Pepper Refreshing and zesty, with a lemon-lime-like tang that brightens up the tender chicken. Highly recommend! 😍 🐔 Chicken Skin A must-order! I don’t usually eat chicken skin, but theirs was crispy, light, and not greasy—perfectly grilled without being chewy. Honestly, grilling chicken skin well is a skill, and they nailed it! 👍🏼 🐚 Grilled Scallop Wow 😮! The scallop was fragrant and juicy, retaining its natural sweetness with a delicious smoky char. 🍡 Takoyaki Large, crispy on the outside, and delicious with the sauce! 🍚 Oyako Don (Chicken & Egg Rice Bowl) A great choice if you want something more filling. The chicken was tender, the sauce was well-balanced, and the crispy seaweed added nice texture. Pickled ginger gave it a refreshing touch—I picked mine out since I’m not a ginger fan, but if you like it, mix it all together for an even richer flavor! Overall, this place won’t blow you away with unexpected flavors, but it definitely won’t disappoint 🍺. The yakitori is solid, and the late hours are perfect for night owls. ⚠️ Heads up: Due to shipping issues, they currently don’t serve raw oysters 🦪. Call ahead if you’re craving them to avoid disappointment! #Vegas #LasVegas #VegasEats ##Yakitori #Izakaya #LateNightEats
