Las Vegas|Omakase ITO
Located on the top floor of the newly opened Fontainebleau Las Vegas, this experience isn’t just about the food — it’s about the ambiance and the view. Enter through the dedicated restaurant entrance on the hotel’s first level, where staff escort you directly to the VIP lounge on the top floor (though lounge access isn’t included). Before entering the restaurant, there’s a whisky bar where you can enjoy a drink if you arrive early.😍💕 We made a same-day reservation for 8 PM and were seated at the far-left table, where about 70% of the view was blocked by decorative wooden beams — felt like we should’ve gotten half off 😅 (After we mentioned it, they offered us three glasses of Champagne as a gesture 🥂). The appetizers leaned quite heavy on sauces, almost overshadowing the natural flavors — seemed tailored more to local tastes, drifting toward a "modern American" style. The nigiri that followed came with very large portions of sushi rice and lightly seasoned fish. After requesting less rice twice and more seasoning, the balance finally felt right… though by then, the meal was nearly over.🙌👍 The uni rice bowl was delicious, though! Pricing is $400 per person before tax, not including tip.😍❤️ #LasVegas #OmakaseITO #FineDining #VegasViews #FoodReview 🏙️🍣🥢
