Las Vegas|This Japanese Pork Cutlet Rice Bowl is Legendary! 🍱✨

I’d been wanting to try this famous thick-cut Japanese pork katsu place for a while—and finally made it! It totally blew me away! So good that I’m still drooling over the photos 🤤 🍱 Signature Kurobuta Thick-Cut Pork Katsu Rice Bowl 🐷 Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside! The pork has no gamey taste—just pure savory flavor. 🥢 It might look a bit dry in the photo, but trust me—it’s incredibly moist and well-cooked. For a cut this thick to stay juicy after frying, you know the chef knows what they’re doing! 🧑🍳 Served with fresh salad and miso soup, it’s perfectly balanced and not greasy at all. Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍤 Shrimp Tempura The batter is light and beautifully flaky—and the shrimp inside are huge, longer than my hand! 🤩 Paired with tartar sauce, it’s a match made in heaven. We finished it in just a few bites! Rating: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🍗 Chicken Katsu with Egg Rice Bowl Also delicious! The chicken is tender with a soft-fried texture, topped with a silky scrambled egg and savory sauce. Mix it all with rice—so comforting and hard to resist! Rating: 🌟🌟🌟 🦪 Oyster Tempura This was the only letdown 💣 The oysters were small and didn’t taste very fresh. 💫 Final thoughts: The restaurant was full of Japanese customers—always a good sign! The flavors felt authentic, just like what I’ve had in Japan. 🇯🇵 The space is small but beautifully designed, from the dining area to the restroom—elegant and cozy! The only downside is it’s a bit far from the Strip, but it’s absolutely worth the trip. Highly recommend! Have you been here? What’s your favorite katsu spot?
