Las Vegas｜Water Grill Dining Experience 🐟✨

Tried Water Grill in Vegas this time! 🍽️ We ordered the smallest Seafood Tower + three portions of uni (sea urchin) + a bowl of clam chowder. 🦪 Seafood Tower The tower was loaded with all kinds of seafood: oysters, sea urchin, mussels, clams, scallops, and two types of shrimp～ ✅ Shelled shrimp → super springy and delicious, highly recommend! ❌ Unshelled shrimp → not very fresh, a bit of a letdown. The table also came with 6–8 different sauces for pairing—mix and match however you like! 🍶 🥣 Clam Chowder: Creamy, rich, with a nice oceanic flavor—warm and comforting! ❤️ 📍 Water Grill Las Vegas ✅ Recommended: Uni, oysters, shelled shrimp, clam chowder ❌ Skip: Unshelled shrimp Overall, the Seafood Tower offers great variety and the sauce selection is a big plus.
