Las Vegas | Bardot – A Cozy French Bistro Experience 🥖🍷

I made a last-minute trip to Vegas and originally wanted to try L’Atelier, but it was closed on Wednesday 😩… So I went with Bardot instead—and it turned out to be an amazing choice! ✨ This charming French bistro inside ARIA has always been at the top of my wishlist. I’ve heard their brunch is incredible (especially the French toast and eggs Benedict 🍳), but—of course—it’s only served Friday through Sunday. My luck, right? 💩 Still, the starters and entrees we ordered totally won me over! The burger was delicious (no surprise there 😋), but the real star was the fall seasonal pasta 🍝. The sauce wasn’t just a basic white cream—it had layers of flavor, almost like a rich, cheesy soup. Creamy but not heavy, with a balanced cheese taste that didn’t overwhelm.
