I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I actually considered this my favorite top shelf restaurant in Las Vegas that me and my girlfriends always always come to!My previous many experiences at Bardot Brasserie has always been literally 100% five stars but this time one waiter killed my whole vibe on this place! This is proof that one bad apple can really ruin the root of its tree! For many years I bragged about this restaurant to everyone including my husband. My husband complains how I talk about this restaurant so much that I thought I’d finally bring him! Embarrassing to my husband for 20 years we thought we’d order a few starters in the menu and share a main entree. My waiter actually told me oh ok, but we’ll charge you an extra $50 for that in a firm ugly sarcastic smile, I stated to my waiter my husband and I are celebrating our 20 years wedding anniversary in Vegas and our waiter added ok anniversary dinner sharing an entree and laughed!!!! We stated to our waitress we’re hungry but not enough to eat a whole entree each for ourselves so we’d like to share and order one entree instead. I know I didn’t have to explain to my waitress why I was ordering one entree but he also stated to my husband “sir, you don’t have to explain to me why your ordering 1 entree but I only asked that if we can take care of him as he comes to work to bend over backwards to give us a great experience. Total BS! in addition, I asked if there was either rice or mash potatoes but I was told oh no no no no NO, my steak only comes with French fries! I was then like “ok whatever’s”. Then I overhear someone at a table down to hear them say “I’ll take “whipped potato”. Okay! ISNT WHIPPEDPOTATOES somewhat mashed potatoes????????? So anyways I’m not done, after some time now, maybe 30-35 min after our tableIs cleared from our table we’ve waited and waited. …….. waiting for a bill to come to us, we waited and waited and watched our waiter walk around with his hand on his back walking in circles in the restaurant even more so, standing too!!! I finally approach someone else who works there and finally spoke with the manager to advise her how angry. ashamed, and how degrading our waitress made me feel. Still angry I was absolutely genuinely greatly the manager took care of our bill. Through this whole experience, unless this waiter no longer works there I’ll return to this restaurant again but until then I myself will never EVER return again! I will make sure to let all our friends and family as well. So the tip our waitress asked for ! for you , here’s your TIP! I always ALWAYS took care of this restaurant in the end of every visit because this restaurant always took care of me!!!! Mcdonald down the road and probably is hiring, You are the perfect fit to it’s job...
Read moreBardot Brasserie at ARIA is the epitome of Parisian elegance in the heart of Las Vegas. From the moment you step inside, the ambiance transports you to a chic Paris café—sophisticated yet warm, with a touch of that effortless French charm. We started our morning with their caviar deviled eggs, a dish that perfectly embodies Bardot’s style—classic comfort reimagined with luxurious ingredients. Each bite was delicate, indulgent, and beautifully balanced. The smoked salmon croissant sandwich was equally unforgettable: buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around silky salmon, layered with fresh flavors that felt both decadent and light at the same time. It’s the kind of dish that makes you pause after every bite, just to savor it. The egg omelette was another standout—pillowy soft, perfectly cooked, and filled with the richness and precision that only a true brasserie can pull off. It was simple in the best way: a reminder that when done right, even the most classic dish can feel extraordinary. To round things out, the fresh-squeezed orange juice was vibrant and refreshing, while the peppermint tea provided the perfect soothing balance, finishing the meal on a calming note. The attention to detail in even the smallest items—the glassware, the presentation, the pacing of service—showed a true commitment to excellence. Service was impeccable from start to finish: attentive without being rushed, polished but warm. It’s clear the team takes pride not just in the food, but in curating a memorable experience. What makes Bardot Brasserie exceptional is that it doesn’t just serve breakfast—it creates a moment. A moment where you forget you’re in the middle of Las Vegas, and instead feel like you’re indulging in a leisurely morning in Paris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An exquisite blend of flavor, elegance, and hospitality. Bardot Brasserie isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience...
Read moreBeautiful interior and nice ambiance, thus the second star. Unfortunately the service was poor, our waiter visited our table 3 times total regardless of flagging behavior such as multiple party members of our six person party sitting up in our seats like a meerkat and trying to make active eye contact. We had ample time from our reservation till our show but we still were down to a final 10 mins to get to the flamingo showroom a fair bit down the strip because we spent 15 mins trying to flag our server for our check and another 10 mins waiting for the check to arrive. We watched our server go to the drink well and run some drinks, take some orders, and then gossip with a coworker at the service station. I am a fine dining server myself and found this all deeply unprofessional. Moving on to the food itself, we collectively had 2 ratatouille, 2 of their absurdly overpriced steaks, a swordfish, and the chicken. The ratatouille was good. The swordfish was bland and dry beyond all reason, topped with egg yolk, I have to assume this is something traditionally done in French cuisine, but it served the dish not-at-all the chicken was dry and unattractive. The steak was competently cooked and plated, but considering it is steak and cooking, it competently is the bare minimum. I fully disagree with the price as nothing made the steak special at all. Considering I had to ask for a manager multiple times from service assistants and got no attention at all, I walked the entire restaurant to flag down a manager. Aaron, the assistant General manager frantically did his best to assure us that this was highly irregular and attempted to assuage myself and our party, but considering this was certain to be our first and last time at Bardot there was nothing but a bad review to satisfy my lingering irritation from a birthday dinner gone severely...
