This restaurant inside the Paris Hotel is incredibly romantic—right by the window with a stunning view of the Bellagio Fountain Show ⛲️! Enjoying delicious, beautifully plated food while watching the water dance to music… truly magical 💖. This French spot has been on my list forever. Enter through the hotel, head left through the casino, and you’ll reach the restaurant’s lobby entrance. A staff member checks your reservation and escorts you up in a glass elevator overlooking the casino floor 🎰. Once upstairs, you pass the open kitchen before stepping into the elegant dining room. Fun touch: Only the men’s menus show prices 😉. 🏅 Foie Gras Torchon 🦢 Tasty and rich, served with small bread rounds and fig jam. 🏅 Beef Wellington 🥩 Cooked medium-rare by default—crispy outside, tender inside. The portion is generous, especially compared to Hell’s Kitchen’s version! 🏅 Pekin Duck Breast 🦆 French-style duck breast never disappoints. The citrus sauce cuts through the richness perfectly. 🏅 Eiffel Tower Soufflé 🍫 If I could only order one thing here, it’d be this soufflé—the best I’ve ever had! Light, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. I chose Banana Chocolate (not overly sweet). There are 6–7 flavors to pick from! 🏅 Classic Crème Brûlée A French classic, and their desserts truly shine brighter than the mains. Not too sweet—even those who prefer less sugar will love it. 🥈 Warm Caesar Salad 🥗 Pretty standard—tasty but nothing extraordinary. 🥈 Escargots 🐌 Sadly, just okay. The snails come with a buttery puff pastry top that felt a bit too oily and salty.
