Las Vegas | This AYCE sushi spot is actually pretty good!

I found this place randomly on Google—didn’t see many reviews online, so we went with an open mind. Forgot to take a photo of the menu though 😅 We went with 3 adults and 2 kids. Adults were only $39.99 each, and you could add oysters or upgrade the AYCE tier for extra. Even though my older kid is 6, the server kindly said he didn’t need to pay! They also let us reorder some limited-quantity items once or twice—pretty flexible and considerate! The food was satisfying overall, though the flavor profile felt different from Chinese-run AYCE places—maybe because it’s run by Japanese chefs? There was less rice in the sushi, so it felt lighter and more balanced. 🦪 Oysters, fried crab, and 🦐 shrimp sashimi were included (one serving per person). There wasn’t standalone sashimi, but the nigiri sushi had tiny rice portions with thick slices of fish on top—totally worth it for fish lovers! The Cove Sushi & Oyster Bar 📍 280 E Flamingo Rd Ste C, Las Vegas, NV 89169 If you're looking for a casual, affordable AYCE with a genuine Japanese touch, give this place a try! 🍣✨ #LasVegasFood #AYCE #SushiTime #FoodDiscovery #VegasEats
