Las Vegas · Spring by China Mama
The dining experience here exceeded my expectations. The modern decor blends subtle Eastern touches, with soft lighting and a quiet, relaxed ambiance 🌿✨. 🦆 Taro Duck The standout dish of the meal! Crispy, fluffy taro paired with tender, juicy duck — a perfect harmony of textures and flavors. 🥢 Duck Pancakes Crispy-skinned roast duck wrapped in paper-thin homemade pancakes (reportedly the only place in the U.S. making them fresh daily!). The server even kindly showed us how to wrap them — a fun and interactive touch! 🍆 Fish-Fragrant Eggplant Soft and flavorful without being greasy, balanced with a tangy garlicky sauce that pairs wonderfully with rice. 🌶️ Boiled Fish in Chili Oil Tender fish slices in a mildly spicy broth — enough to awaken the palate without overwhelming heat, offering lovely depth. The restaurant also offers private dining rooms available with a minimum spend of around $200+, ideal for gatherings or special occasions 🎉. While prices are slightly higher than average for Chinese cuisine, the attention to detail — from food quality to service — makes it worth it. Overall, Spring by China Mama is definitely a place I’d return to. #VegasFood #LasVegasEats #ChineseCuisine #FineDining #DuckLovers #FoodExperience #SpringByChinaMama
