This spot has long held a great reputation in Vegas — recommended by several local Cantonese friends! 🏮 Located in the southwest area, it mainly attracts locals and isn’t in Chinatown, so it’s less crowded. The overall dining atmosphere is cozy and quiet — much more relaxed. The Cantonese cuisine here is truly well-executed, especially the roasted pork — possibly some of the best I’ve had in the U.S. 🍖 The skin is crispy, the meat fragrant, and the fat is perfectly rendered, making it satisfying without being greasy. The roast duck is more standard but still reliably good.👌🤣 Their bitter melon with beef is excellent — balanced in flavor, not too bitter or tough. The beef chow fun is also solid, with strong wok hei and well-seasoned sauce. Overall, the Cantonese flavors here are authentic, not overly oily, and consistently reliable.
