Las Vegas · Taste (Feng Wei) ⭐⭐⭐⭐
This spot has maintained a solid reputation in Vegas, recommended by several longtime local Cantonese food lovers. Located in the southwest area, it attracts mainly local patrons and isn’t in Chinatown, so it’s less crowded and offers a more relaxed, quiet dining atmosphere. The Cantonese cuisine here is genuinely well-executed. The roast pork (siu yuk) is a standout — arguably some of the best I’ve had in the U.S. 🍖 The skin is crispy, the meat flavorful, and the fat is perfectly rendered, making it utterly satisfying without feeling greasy. The roast duck is decent too, though not as remarkable — still safely above average. Other highlights include: 🥢 Bitter Melon with Beef — well-balanced, not too bitter, and the beef stays tender. 🍜 Beef Chow Fun — full of wok hei (breath of the wok) and well-seasoned. Overall, the flavors here are authentic, not overly oily, and consistently reliable. It’s the kind of place where you can order with confidence 😌👌 #VegasFood #LasVegasEats #LasVegas #CantoneseCuisine #FoodReview #LasVegasDining #LocalFavorites
