Spread on buttery brioche toast — so elegantly French! 🐮 Steak Tartare – $28 ❌ Very Americanized beef tartare — tasted like burger patty with capers and a hint of Thousand Island dressing. Too salty for my liking. 🥩 Bardot Wellington – $189 The star of the show — a massive 12oz Wellington sliced into four thick pieces. More than enough for four people! The filet was tender, juicy, and cooked medium-rare with a lovely hint of thyme. The mushroom duxelles was a bit salty again, but still flavorful. Comes with truffle mashed potatoes — creamy and decadent (but heavy after a while). 💬 Verdict: A romantic and indulgent spot — perfect for a date night or celebrating in Vegas.
