🌟 The Crack Shack – Las Vegas 🌟 📍 3770 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 For dinner, sticking to our travel tradition, we had to grab some burgers and fried chicken! 🍔✨ Eating a fried chicken meal feels so ceremonial – like celebrating a “Fried Food Festival.” You gotta sit down properly, line up all the sauces, chill your drink, rub your hands together, and dive in! 😋 But honestly, you can’t actually eat that much in one go… 😅 The place looks like a fried chicken joint straight out of a Western movie scene 🎬, and the food is mind-blowing! We tried their fried chicken burger and a plate of something called “Chicken Oysters.” 🍔 The burger was brilliantly crafted – the fried chicken is made with Jidori chicken 🐓, which refers to high-quality, organically raised, free-range chickens from Japan. It’s known for its premium texture and unique flavor – seriously impressive that you can taste that level of detail in a fried chicken burger! The chicken was hot, super crispy, and so flavorful it almost tasted like it was fried in lard 🤤 The pickles and lime aioli were the perfect touch – absolutely genius! It’s like a gourmet version of sweet and sour chicken, but way smarter than your average General Tso’s. 🍗 Then there was the “Chicken Oysters” – we guessed it might be chicken shaped like oysters, but who cares? They were dusted with powdered cheese, crispy outside, tender inside… we were totally hooked.
