We visited the one inside the MGM Grand food court. We were starving and wanted something close, fast, and definitely with fries… 🍟 My friend mentioned Johnny Rockets is a chain—turns out it’s actually a Vegas-born brand! All 11 locations are here, which explains why the menu has such a strong drinks focus—even their milkshakes are spiked with Bacardi! 🥤🍹 They pride themselves on using fresh, never-frozen, 100% local beef. It’s definitely on the pricey side—about twice the cost of a typical burger joint—but you do get twice the portion. So much so that my jaw actually got tired eating it… 😂 We ordered the Cheeseburger, Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was delicious (though you can see the calories piling up 🚨). The beef had a rich flavor and was juicy without being greasy. The standout was the veggies—crisp onions, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato slices balanced the cheeseburger perfectly. Skip the bacon though—it was dry and tough, not crispy. The milkshake was exactly as sweet as you’d expect, with a good creamy base. The fries were a letdown—dry and hard. (A burger alone costs around $15, and the cashier suggested adding fries for better value.) The biggest “issue”? The size!
