Just in awe at the prices of this place. Yeah I get it is vegas, but my goodness, $20+ dollars for a burger meal? If you want to eat here take a loan officer with you because it is mediocre burgers on approved credit. Its insane, dont places like this understand if you come in better priced than the competition, you will get most of the business and make more. Its business 101, nothing more. When I was in line, 3 couples saw the price and left.
Terrible prices? Check. But the real kicker: the staff. They can take your order... and that’s about where the talent ends. Three other people showed up around the same time, and suddenly, the staff turned into the cast of 'Lost'—totally confused. Our pager went off twice for orders that weren’t even ours, then when our food was actually ready, they just left it on the counter like some kind of secret mission. No pager alert, no heads-up, just a 'good luck.' I could see it sitting there! And to top it off, I had to remind them about the shake I ordered—apparently, that also got lost in the Bermuda Triangle of their terrible service.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. If you come to Vegas and stay here, steer clear of Johnny Rockets. Trust me, it’s cheaper to pack your own burgers from home, like those homemade ones your mom used to make—the ones where the ketchup would soak through the bread before you even took a bite. Sure, it’s a soggy mess, but hey, at least you won’t need a loan officer just to pay for it!"

Read moreWe came here late after a festival. I ordered, very clearly, a bacon double cheeseburger meal, no onions, with a regular drink "for here". 90% of my order was wrong. The girl at the register rang me up for a regular double cheeseburger (no bacon), a LARGE drink, and "to go". We waited quite a while for our food, and when we received it, it was in a to-go sack. Our friend ordered and had the entire opposite experience, and his burger was made to perfection. But our's, packaged "To Go" was messy, had wayyy too much sauce on it (to the point that we had to wipe it down with a napkin and remove the lettuce to be able to eat it). Overall a very disappointing experience. Also, be aware the menu pictures and pricing here on google are entirely inaccurate. Burger combos range from $21-27, not including beverages. Expect to pay about $30-40 per person, which in my opinion, truly isn't worth it for fast food. For the price paid, we could have easily went to a far better sit-down dining experience, instead...
