Las Vegas Favorite Chinese Restaurants โ€“ Part 2 ๐Ÿฅข๐Ÿ”ฅ

The last Vegas Chinese food guide got so much love โ€” hereโ€™s another round after a long while! These are also local favorites that come highly recommended โ€” save this list now! Shanghai Taste Must-order: Pan-fried pork buns & soup dumplings โ€” instantly transport you back to China. The beef tongue is incredibly tender, especially paired with cucumber. Braised wheat gluten, sweet & sour ribs โ€” all solid choices.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ Avoid: scallion oil noodles (not their strong suit). China Mama Check out the big braised pork knuckle in the pic โ€” amazing over rice! Their sweet & sour pork holds up well, and both northern and southern-style noodles are great.๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ‘ You can even watch them hand-make noodles through the window โ€” adds to the vibe! Note: Their mapo tofu feels very Americanized โ€” not my favorite. Papa Noodle A Hong Kong-style spot. Simple, delicious comfort food: Hainanese chicken rice, noodle soups โ€” especially the signature chicken noodle soup (light but flavorful). Hong Kong milk tea is super authentic too! Chengdu Taste Better than nothing โ€” and Vegas doesnโ€™t have many Sichuan options anyway ๐Ÿ˜… Sharing my homemade (cold spicy chicken) here just to show I might hold a spot in Vegasโ€™ Sichuan food scene ๐Ÿ™Š BUT their rabbit dish isnโ€™t great โ€” maybe rabbit just doesnโ€™t travel well outside Sichuan? Tian Peng Lu Wei Strongly recommended by a Taiwanese colleague โ€” especially the beef noodle soup (half meat, half tendon) and braised pork rice. Pretty good! Used to love Yi Mei, but once they gave me a bowl of braised pork rice that was half oil โ€” never went back. Dong Ting Chun For Hunan food, I still prefer Shaoshan Impression in the Bay Area. This place is okay for spice-cravers โ€” better than nothing. Previously recommended Xiang Wei Xuan, but their quality has dropped lately. โš ๏ธ Got me thinking โ€” do Vegas Chinese restaurant recommendations have an expiration date? Some spots just donโ€™t stay good over timeโ€ฆ Late-night + Karaoke spots friends asked about: Must be Kuba and Space BBQ! At Space BBQ, Iโ€™m just happy to have ๅ†ฐ dry pot intestines, and pig brain ๐Ÿง  But overall, Kuba is more consistent โ€” besides BBQ, they have hot pot skewers, amazing , northeastern and their grilled fish and sweet & sour pork donโ€™t disappoint! #LasVegasFun #LasVegasEatsRecommendations
