Las Vegas Food｜A Wonderful Surprise at RPM Italian 🍝

📍 3500 LAS VEGAS BLVD Located on the first floor, right-hand side of The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace 🫱 Since we didn’t rent a car this time, our food options in Vegas were usually limited to buffets and In-N-Out along the Strip. But this trip, we spontaneously made a reservation at RPM Italian in Caesars, and the experience was an absolute delight! 💥 The restaurant isn’t very large, and the lighting is dim, but the ambiance is fantastic! Since we didn’t research beforehand, we trusted our server’s recommendations—and every dish was a winner! 🎉 Prosciutto Service A full platter of classic Italian appetizers—perfect with drinks and very refreshing! 👍 Steak Tartare Even better than carpaccio! This was a hearty mix of finely chopped beef, garlic, cheese, and capers, formed into a neat tower. Served with crispy toasted bread slices. The portion was generous—we had to ask for extra bread to finish it all! 🥩🍞 RPM Grigliata A massive grilled meat platter! The outside was savory and crispy, while the inside remained incredibly juicy. Definitely my favorite dish of the night! 🔥 Short Rib Bolognese A wider pasta with a noticeably tangy tomato sauce and chunks of tomato. The short rib was so tender it fell apart into shreds. (By this point, I was honestly too full to finish! 😅) Spumoni Torta Meringata A must-order flaming ice cream cake with a fun tableside performance—everyone was taking videos! 🎂🔥 I expected more cake, but it was all ice cream: layers of pistachio, vanilla, and raspberry.
