Las Vegas Food Find | Michelin-Starred Dim Sum Spot
Tim Ho Wan š 4321 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89103 To be precise, itās a former Michelin one-star and currently a Michelin-recommended restaurant. Located inside Palms Casino Resort, itās probably one of the most affordable Michelin-related eateries around! š„ Highly Recommend: ā BBQ Pork Buns ā Tim Ho Wanās signature! The pastry is wonderfully crispy yet softātruly something you have to taste to appreciate. ā” Chicken Feet ā Braised to perfection, so tender the bones melt away. Seasoned with soy sauce and five-spice, served with equally soft peanuts (I almost thought they were soybeans!). š„ Not Recommended: ā Tofu Skin Roll ā Just okay, not terrible, but the skin was a bit tough. Not sure if thatās their style or an off day. Most other dishes are a safe betānothing we tried was a letdown. Best of all, the prices are reasonable: dim sum items are around $8, with a few specialties slightly above $10. š What makes it stand out: The interior is classy and spacious, with large windows making the whole place bright and comfortableāa clear step above typical dim sum joints. Since itās relatively new, itās not too crowded yet, so no long waits! All-day dim sumāno need to wake up early. Service is order-based (no carts).šš Great value for money. Excellent serviceāstaff kept refilling our tea and checking if everything was good throughout the meal. #LasVegasEats #TimHoWan #DimSum #MichelinEats #VegasFood #BudgetFineDining
